Delivery Boy -Delhi - Swiggy

• Pick-up and deliver food packages from a variety of (Delhi) restaurants to different customer address through navigation.
• Check for items and keep the quality of food intact. Zero spillage to be ensured.
• Strictly follow route and time schedule (minimum possible time)
• Weekend working needs to be done to earn maximum incentives and increase salary.
• Follow company's grooming and discipline standards.
• Represent the company to the customer with responsibility, politeness, and integrity.
• Honesty, regularity, and dedication towards work

Payouts:

• Delivery boys can earn upto Rs.30k per month.
• There will joining bonus of Rs.2500 apart from daily salary.
• There will be daily/weekly/monthly incentives for delivery boys.
• Delivery boys will get weekly salary from Swiggy.
• Also, there is life insurance of Rs.5 lakh for all delivery boys + Medical insurance of Rs.2 lakh
