Job Description
- Pick-up and deliver food packages from a variety of restaurants to different customer addresses through navigation.
- Check for items and keep the quality of food intact. Zero spillage to be ensured.
- Strictly follow route and time schedule (minimum possible time)
- Weekend working needs to be done to earn maximum incentives and increase salary.
- Follow company's grooming and discipline standards.
- Represent the company to the customer with responsibility, politeness, and integrity.
- Honesty, regularity, and dedication towards work
Shift and MG Details

MG Eligibility / Conditions –
Assigned shift needs to complete on daily basis.- Saturday & Sunday are Mandatory to work.
Earnings-
- FT Delivery Partner can earn up to 15K per month + Weekly Incentive + Monthly Incentive.
- PT Delivery Partner can earn up to 9K per month + Weekly Incentive + Monthly Incentive.
Eligibility / Conditions –
- Shift attendance & Weekly earning (regardless of FT/PT) >= 6 shifts (Sat-Sun compulsory)
- Weekly Payout will be processed on every Friday, but first Payout will release on second week from the
date of first Login. Week starts from Monday and ends on Sunday.
- Payout of joining week will get credited on next week’s Friday.
Incentives –
- Saturday & Sunday are mandatory to work to get eligible for Weekly & Monthly incentives.
- Minimum 23 - 26 shifts needs to complete in a month for Monthly Incentive.
Delivery Partner and His Family are secure
MEDICLAIM POLICY FOR D.E AND HIS FAMILY
- For hospitalization due to sickness or accident.
- Coverage upto Rs.1,00,000 (one lakh rupees).
- Coverage for D.E, His wife and 2 children.
- Coverage upto Rs.5,00000 (five lakh rupees)for Delivery Executive.
Security Deposit – Rs. 1500/-
At the time of Onboarding, candidate needs to pay Rs. 500/- in cash and remaining Rs.1000/- will be deducted
from Payouts (Rs. 500/- from first Payout & next Rs. 500 /-from second Payout).
Note –Security amount will be 1000/- refundable after resignation (F&F will processed within 45 days Time)
Other important details:
- Shirts and bag will be provided by company
- Radius from Restaurant to customer would be anything from 0-4 km.
- The delivery bag is around 1 kg and the food can be another 1 kg or so.
