Job description
JD for Rider Partner:
Pick up food from restaurants and deliver to customers using their own vehicle (bike). Delivery notifications (for pick up and drop) will be sent in Shadowfax mobile app. Navigation will also be provided in this app.
Rider Partners will be paid based on the number of orders delivered.
Rider Partner will have to strictly follow the navigation route and time schedule
Rider Partner will have to follow Shadowfax's grooming and discipline standards

Payout Structure: (Weekly payment)
| Per order: Rs. 35 (1-4 km) |
| Distance pay extra: Rs. 10(4-6 km) |
| Rs. 20(6-8 km) |
| Rs. 30(8+ km) |
Incentive:
Per day, if completed 15 orders - Rs.100, 20 orders - Rs. 100 & after 20 orders Rs. 50 on every 5th order.
Also, make sure from your end that the candidate was not On-boarded with Shadowfax in the past 3 months.
Candidates need to pay Rs. 800 for onboarding.
