Job description

Delivering Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Grocery & Staples, Beverages, Bread,Dairy & Egg products, Branded Foods, Meat, Personal Care and Household products.
Cash collection and reconciliation.
Few Deliveries distances could be around 10 kms.
Daily Deliveries count would be around 15 to 20 per Delivery Boy.
Weekend working needs to be done to earn maximum incentives and increase salary.
Delivery Boys would be given a Smartphone for official use.
Delivery Boys would be given a full Big Basket Kit (T-Shirts. Raincoat, Shoes & Bag).
Follow the company's grooming and discipline standards.
Represent the company to the customer with responsibility, politeness, and integrity.
Honesty, regularity, and dedication towards work.

Incentive plan

Orders 250 - INR 1500

Orders 300 - INR 2250

Order 350 - INR 2975

Order 400 - INR 4400

1st to 10th Present without Week off - Rs. 500

Attendance Bonus(Present for 26 days in a month) - Rs. 1000
