Being able to parse through data and reports to deliver insights and strategies on improving marketing performance across all channels
Working with large datasets, driving CRM activities, email marketing, marketing automation, drip campaigns, and more
Overseeing PPC campaigns and conversion optimization initiatives within the Marketing team and with freelancers
Effectively driving SEO efforts to improve on-page rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
Tracking and measuring the success of different marketing activities, and driving improvements and next steps
Driving website development and landing page improvements
Refining and expanding online marketing-related processes, structures and competencies
Liaising with our technology team to execute marketing-related technology tasks such as lead scoring models, reviewing Google Analytics implementation, etc.
Overseeing the execution of online marketing activities for all our source markets
Expertise and significant experience in data analytics including an understanding of statistical modelling, delivering insights, and building reports
Hands-on digital marketing experience across major channels (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media)
A university degree, and a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience with a focus on online marketing. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
Experience in successfully leading teams and projects
Experience in working for brands from the US market. A keen understanding of US, German and Australian markets is a big plus
Experience in managing marketing accounts, consultants and freelancers
In-depth knowledge of website usability and development, and landing page optimisation
Mastery over the English language and excellent communication skills. German language skills would be a plus
A high bias for action and keen eye for detail
Flexible, agile, adaptive and open to learning
Ability to deep dive and implement root cause analysis
Exceptional problem solving abilities and prioritisation skills
