Job description

  • ​Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint/Queries, determining the cause of the problem. Should be able to speak with at least 75-80 clients a day.
  • Cater to email/Calls queries & ensure to respond in a stipulated period in time. 
  • Help improve the internal processes using customer feedback as the main criteria.
  • Should be comfortable in shifts handling commodities trades. 
  • Required NISM 5/6/8 certified candidates or Candidate should be ready to give NISM exam However company will reimburse 1st attempt fees. 
  • Should be able to speak with at least 75-80 clients a day.
