Job description

1. The candidate will be responsible for tele-sales to promote our loan product. Will only call interested prospects who have already shown interest in availing our service. Will not do blind/ cold calling

2. Will have to interact with customers on daily basis and document information shared by the customers on the CRM.

3. Provide assistance to the customer's queries and share a solution to the customer's enquiry.

4. The CSE will also document and report his daily/ weekly/ monthly activities with the team/ management and participate in helping improve processes and increase conversions

5. Sharing best practices with team and management regularly to improve internal processes

6. Work collectively to achieve company objectives and deliver customer delight
