Job Summary:-
folk will be working as a customer care representative for In-house blended process which include 60% call and 40% chat.
**
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2. Resolve customer queries by call and chat.
3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
**
Key Skills:-

1. Proficient in communication skills.


Required Experience and Qualifications:-
1. Qualification Required:- U.G or graduate
2. Experience:- 6 months to 2 yrs
3. candidate must be from travel industry

4. Candidate should have past experience as CSR.


Note :- Candidate should have there own laptop

Salary:- Up-to 12 k per month / exclusive of PLI
