Work Experience- Minimum 1-year experience in any contact center with both outbound and inbound calls. (social media experience is added advantage)
Work experience should include an E-commerce or Food delivery company background.
Good Communication
Languages known – Kannada, English (Mandatory)
Flexible to work in shifts, there will be 3 shifts (1st shift starts by 7am & last shift ends by 9-10pm)
No cab facility.
