You will have to make outgoing calls as an HealthCare Provider to provide customer service, make inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer problems and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in lead generation and if need be in completing the placement of orders over the phone. You will also inform customers about the features of the products whilst maintaining a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
