Requirement
- 1-2 Years of Experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Upselling Capability
- Preferably from a quality background
Job Responsibility
- Managing the client and handling the grievances
- High levels of quality customer engagement ensuring they reach success as soon as possible Upselling
- Monitor the progress and mitigate risks involved if any
- Quality check for keeping a track on the quality of the delivery
- Monitoring the CSAT(Client satisfaction survey)
