Job description

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products 

and services and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Training and Guidance will be provide by seniors

Requirements 

  • ​Ability to learn about products and services and describe explain them to customers.
  • Implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development.
  • Follow  the company hierarchy and processes and discuss business issues with them
  • Handle assign task
