About Process:-Provide customer service to Airline customers regarding bookings, refunds, cancellations , rescheduling, baggage lost, etc.

Requirement:- Very Good Communications skills (Voice Select)
Basic Computer Knowledge
Qualification:-SSC + 12 months International BPO Voice experience / HSC + 6 months of any experience / Graduate fresher
Bsc. IT, BE, BCA, ME, Btech, Mtech candidates need to have minimum 12 months of BPO experience
Shift timings:- 24x7
Location Boundaries:- Churchgate - Mira Road / CST - Thane / CST - Vashi
Transport Facility:- Centralized during Daytime & Home pick from Thane - Vashi - Mira Road / Home pick & drop during Night time
Salary Range :- 15,000 to 23,700 (Net) Basic Incentives
Weekly Off:- 5 days working with 2 Rotational offs
Age:- Between 20 to 45 years

Rounds of Interview:- 1) HR (Telephonic) (Check previous experience, Qualification, Age, Communication skills, Compensation, Stability)
2) Online Aptitude Test / AMCAT
3) VNA (Voice and Accent Round) (Cluster 2 / Voice Select) (Check communication skills, grammar, sentence formation etc.)
4) Operations (Telephonic) (Check capabilities, stability & discuss compensation)
