Job description

  • Ensure completion of calls outs in line with defined targets
  • Maintain quality of leads generated
  • Generation of targeted leads on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Completion of required certification in line with process requirements
  • Attend / self learn processes / products as required by the process
  • Ensure the required levels of quality are met
  • Provide inputs to improve the process performance
  • Share Customer feedback with Manager in case any issues found
