Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Handling Customer related queries.
2. Solving customer’s queries.
3. Attending Inbound calls.
4. Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
5. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Candidate should know to speak English & Hindi (Compulsory).

• Other regional languages (Telugu/Kannada) along with English and Hindi
