Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Inbound calling for customer service
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
Customer Service Executive Qualifications and Skills
· Graduate, Postgraduate or equivalent
· Excellent data entry and typing skills - 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
· Experienced - 1 – 4 years (Experience Customer Service executive)
· Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
CTC - 4.2 Lakhs (2.4 - Fixed + 1.8 - Variables) per Annum – Final salary depends on Education & Experience
