  • Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service
  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
  • • Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi & Kannada
  • Kannada calling is mandatory as the individual would be handling South location majorly
  • Should be able to work with a Team.
  • Good at Computers.
  • Work would be 80% Tele-calling and 20% assisting the execution team.
