Job Description :
- Following up for leads received / database
- Informing / updating clients / customers about our products
- Resolving clients / customers queries
- Conversion of leads into business & generate revenue
- 70 to 80 calls a day
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Candidate profile :
- Should be good in MS Office (word & excel)
- 6 days a week
Mon-Sat : 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
