Job description

Customer Service

ü Delivering world class customer service experience and building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

ü Taking care of customer request and doing follow ups on the same to ensure closure

ü Handling customer queries and complaints.

ü Designing hampers and platters on orders.

ü And responsible for advising, sampling, suggesting food categories like Wine, Cheese, Cold Cuts, Confectionary and other imported gourmet food products.

ü Keeping the customer aware about product availability in the store

Store Operations

ü Increasing the sales by selling the in house products

ü Taking bulk orders of hampers, platters and other products

ü Ordering & Stock count at the end of every month

ü Taking care of expiry & damages

ü Managing opening & closing shifts and maintenance of allotted section

ü Training staff on international cuisine & grooming standards.

ü Responsible for specific category sales, ordering, visual merchandising and cleanliness of Section.
Helping Store to increase the home delivery Sales.

Education;

10th and 12th passed candidates can apply. Freshers Needed
