· Handling inbound queries, complaints, requests related to agri-commodities coming through calls & mails |
· Interacting and coordinating with different departments & collate final responses to communicate back to customers |
· Handling outbound calls-complaints, requests, queries related to agri commodities |
· Calling potential clients to generate business leads |
· Conducting surveys and seeking feedbacks from clients to know about efficiency of services |
· Maintain MIS, Daily Enquiry/Complaint Tracker by entering details of every interaction in system |

· Data verification & confirmation, data entry updation work |
· Answer calls professionally to provide desired information and keep records of customer interactions and transactions |
· Follow up on enquiry & complaints. Update the details of complaint / enquiries and gist of conversation in the excel sheet. |
· Provide the complaint status to customer & get their feedback after the closure of complaints and update the feedback in excel sheet. |
· Should have strong interpersonal & excellent communication skill |
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Power Point/ Word) with decent knowledge of Excel towards making pie charts, bar graphs etc. |
