Job description

  • Working with the consumer research team to manage customer engagement.
  • Calling consumers daily for feedback, satisfaction, empanelment for product testing.
  • Following up with consumers to check on the product usage and filling in survey forms.
  • Setting up processes to manage customer engagement activities.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Need to be organised with excels and word documents
  • To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
