Job description

Initiate all collection activities (telephone calls, latter and emails)
Sending soft reminders (1st, 2nd and final) via ERP
Produce ageing bucket report
Monitor and collect on historical due amounts
Update all the customer conversation/agreements etc in ERP
Sending cases to the 3rd party when customers are not reachable or out of collectable threshold
Analyzed account receivable information on the debtor and prioritizing
Resolving queries of 3rd parties involved in collection for premium and claims.
Downloading bank statements on daily basis and investigating on the payments received to make sure right payments are applied to right polices/claims
Documented all collection attempts accurately and truthfully
Daily Quality Check (QC) on all incoming payments
Inquiring policy/ claim department about any changes in policy/ claim and synchronize the information with all related customers and 3rd party.
Update customer database as per payment received/ not received/ any agreement with customer/ insolvency or decease etc.
Approval or rejection of overpayment or short payment made by customer by investigating customer’s other policies.
Training new resources helping team members

- Need candidates who have earned a minimum 30k incentive in their past employment
