Job description

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:

  • Answer calls / emails / chats /social media comments professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Process any refunds, adjustments and customer request.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery of AK products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is given utmost importance.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in the given turnaround time.
  • Dial outbound calls for lead conversion on all channels related to AK.
