- Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining the same quality on a call.
- Documenting / Recording transactions and the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing forms and record logs.
- Understanding multiple products and processes.
- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Processing each call in accordance with IL standards and provide/take relevant information and update the system/s accordingly.
- Provide the Customer with a clear explanation of the action taken
- Ability to understand and handle irate customers.
- Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards.
NOTE :
- For female candidates during WFH the shift timing will be between 6.00 am to 11.30 pm (Any 9 hrs) & once the direct reporting starts then the shift timing will be between 7.00 am to 8.30 pm (rotational shift). For male candidates, it will be 24/7 shift but there is no graveyard shift.
- For graduate fresher 11600 /- will be the In Hand Salary.
