Attend customer’s calls and assist them in resolving issues regarding the product/service

Process: Customer Service Executive, Technical Support Executive, B2B-Sales Operations, Technical Support (Hardware and Networking), Blended Sales Process (Voice and Chat Mix), Retention Voice Process.

Education: Any Grad and Undergrad with Excellent Communication Skills.

Desired Skills:

1- Candidate has to be Excellent in communication in English Language.

2- Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Shift and Offs.

3- Candidate should be a good team player and Self motivated.

4- Fresher with excellent communication skills may apply.
