Job description

Customer Support:

  • Handling inbound customer calls
  • Attending and validating customer inquiries
  • Transferring the inquiries to appropriate personnel or dealer
  • Follow up for closing the leads and updating the status in CRM.
  • CRM Entry & MIS Generation.  
  • Social media Marketing,   
  • Support function for marketing activities.     

Leadcube Software :

  • Coordinating with back end team for customized reports and tools development
  • Troubleshooting of errors
  • Training and coordinating with employee for updating  the software  

Focus Software:

  • Coordinating with back end team for designing report formats as per requirement.
  • Checking and developing useful tools available in system for Print format like “Approvals system by HODs” in system, Tagging Vouchers
  • Making software more users friendly and productive as far as reports are considered.
  • Act as technical support for users and designing reports.
