Credit / Underwriting Operations

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Execution of the credit risk and operations policy 
  
• Owning the day-to-day processes of underwriting operations 
  
• Experimentation - run multiple experiments for different customer segments and continually improve the underwriting process 
  
• Prepare case files of approved / rejected loan applications 
• Work closely with other teams to contribute to the overall business strategy

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an NBFC / bank as an credit underwriter for unsecured loans / Personal loans / credit cards / education loans
  
• Attention to detail and ability to understand and execute company's risk policy
  
• Familiarity with RBI regulations and standards for consumer loans
  
• Analytical and data driven 
  
• Team player with effective communication skills in Kannada and English
