1. Conceptualizing and designing creatives for various online and offline marketing activities
2. Creating creatives for Wishes, Programs/Events, Video integration, Photo integration, Printing and Promotional company material
3. Generating various different sizes / resolutions of creatives to be used on different online platforms such as website, facebook, twitter, whatsapp and offline media like pamphlets, brochures, posters, banners and hoardings.
4. Determine the message the design should portray
5. Creating images / artwork / caricatures that identify a product or convey a message
6. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software and by hand
7. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic, test graphics across various media, ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
8. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
9. Select colors, images, text style, and layout based on client’s theme and maintaining consistency across creatives of the same client.
10. Present the design to clients and internal stakeholders
11. Incorporate changes recommended by the clients and internal stakeholders into the final design
12. Candidate must have a good knowledge of 2D and 3D design and creative knowledge
13. Ability to generate creatives in local languages like Kannada is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
2. Prepare rough drafts and present few different approaches
3. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
4. Responsible for audio visual content conceptualization, visualization and broadcast
5. Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
6. Work with creative director to produce final Design
7. Test graphics across various media
8. Amend designs after feedback
9. Candidate must be able to search vectors online and integrate with required marketing material on a fixed timeline
10. Candidate must be willing to adapt to new responsibilities on a daily basis, must have a flexible approach to work, and be willing to do what is necessary to achieve company targets, goals and demands
11. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
12. Co-ordinating and collaborating with social media team to understand requirements, gather feedback and share workload.
Required Experience, Skills, Assets, Qualities and Qualifications:
1. Proven graphic designing experience/skills
2. Candidate must speak Kannada and English
3. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Candidate be passionate about design, graphics art work and creatives
6. Candidate should have access to a smart phone with internet access on all days of duty
7. Candidate must have proven graphic design knowledge, creative skill and a keen eye for design
