Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated employee who will conduct off the counter sales in our outlets. This job requires selling our products, packing them and accepting payments while being helpful and courteous.
Customers’ end -
Welcome and greeting customers
Provide information about products and give suggestions and sharing opinions
Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash and cards.
Keep clientele informed about future merchandise of potential interest.
Present packaging/ gifting options
Operations end-
Close and open store
Tally cash and manage cash
Close shifts and handovers
Send stock reports
Data entry in the MMS system
Manage and updating online delivery portals and orders
Transferring orders - cake etc to the central kitchen and coordinating about stock and replenishment.
