Location: Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1.Making Outbound Calls
2. Ability to provide information clearly and effectively
3. Respond and act on existing customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with the company's policy & procedures.
4. Attending the incoming calls and maintaining customer database
5. Responsible for assisting customers
6. Regular follow up with customers
7. Supporting management by generating leads
8. Responsible for effective handling customer queries and complaints through E-mail and Phone calls
Skills Require:-
1) Should have Excellent Communication Skills, Positive Attitude and Convincing Power.
