Job Responsibilities:
Performing counselling and career guidance for interested candidates by making outbound calls
Generating walk-ins from leads/other sources and referrals
Mobilizing the student groups over phone for programming courses and technologies
Handling enquirers and getting the enrollments done by counselling on phone
Assisting potential students in selecting the appropriate program mapped to their skills and career goals
Ensuring higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customers
Counselling of Students / parents on courses offered by brand
Converting prospect into Admissions
Resolving candidate queries relating to course offered
Ensuring good customer service
Job Specifications :
1 to 2 years experience in Education industry
Good Communication & Convincing Skills
Proficiency in English and Local Language Required.
Should like interacting with people.
Should be able to do cold calling and follow up sessions
Should be able to work with Enrollment Targets
