Evaluate contractor cost proposals and provide claim analysis.
Prepare overseas independent cost estimates for comparison with designer and/ or contractors estimates.
Attend contractor progress meetings.
Evaluate contractors baseline schedule cost loaded schedule.
Evaluate cost impacts of contractor recovery schedules.
Track project cost to contract closeout.
Perform relevant tasks as requested
Awareness of the ethical regulation pertaining to construction.
Thorough knowledge of cost engineering principles.
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge in cost engineering soft ware s.
