· Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
· Provide advisory / consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
· Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
· Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales
· Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
· Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro ¯o economics on the sector
· Weekly updation of Sales Report and daily updating Booking Summary to supervisor
· Coordinating with Clients regarding Payments, Legal Documents pending if any.
· Coordinating with the Contractors and Site Engineers for the progress of the Projects.
· Participating in project’s events, launch, ads and exhibitions arranged by the company
