Responsibilities
1. Manage our consumer service platforms – Livechat, emails, social media, phone calls
2. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate with the rest
of the team
3. Reach out to existing customers to understand their experience with the product and
how we can serve them better
4. Brainstorm creative ways to serve consumers better
5. Engage with our Customer marketing team to brainstorm ideas (e.g., email marketing
campaigns and other engagement tactics)
Requirements:
1. A desire to work in a fast-growing startup, self-starter problem-solving attitude
2. A Customer-oriented attitude
3. `Ability to work with a team
4. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship manager or
5. Background in Customer service
6. BSc/BA In Business Administration, Marketing Or A Related Field
