As Chief of Laboratory, you will manage all Hematology. Histopathology, Clinical Pathology and Biochemistry based studies. You will be responsible for planning and implementing internal and external quality control processes and proficiency tests. You will ensure that all results are reported within expected turnaround times and will monitor performance on this basis. You will lead, motivate, train and guide the Team of Professionals reporting into you and through personal example and standards, ensure a very high degree of professionalism in the benchmarks set and performed at your Laboratories.
