Job Designation - Company Secretary (Senior Manager)
Reporting To - Managing Director
Responsibilities and Duties
- Compliance Management under Company Law, Foreign Trade Policy and related matters
- Convene Board Meetings , AGM and related matters.
- Legal matters under various Laws including drafting agreements.
- Handling Business related Legal Cases / Suits etc.
- Various claims related to Import / Export Transactions.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Job requirement:
- Company
Secretary with background in Legal / Mercantile Law with minimum
15-17years of similar experience with reputed listed Company / MNC
preferred.
