Job description

  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.
  • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
  • Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
  • Should have knowledge of South Indian Dishes and mainly Kerala dishes
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
  • Work according to the instructions of Superiors

Food and Accommodation will be provided.
