Responsibilities:
• Candidate with good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills would be preferred.
• Candidate must have 6 months - 2 years of experience in Collections, Telecom will be an added advantage
• To make calls on delinquent accounts from 31 days over to 365 days
• To skip trace on non-contactable accounts through other tools
• To identify accounts not suspended / barred / deactivated and send to team leader
• To negotiate with the customer and convince the customer for payment
• should be ready to work either in Day or Rotational shifts
• Responsible for dealing with International Clients (Asians only), so English is must and Arabic/Punjabi will be added advantage
• Should be Sound in System, CRM & applications usages
• Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries
Skills:
• Should be fluent in English
• Should have good communication skills
• Good Command over the language
Educational Qualifications: Graduation from a reputed university (pursuing can also apply)
Shift Timings: 9.30 to 7.00 PM/ 11 to 8:00 PM
Interview Timings: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
