Should have completed MDS
Should observe min exp of 5yrs in concerned specialty
Prosthodontist,Endodontist,Oral Surgeon preferred
Should do oral screening and plan treatment discussing with the team
Should manage all operational aspects within a specified practice to achieve excellent customer service, cost, and delivery performance
Should Contribute to the overall operation and strategic development of the clinic
Should contribute to marketing strategies and get involved in schools camp promotions
Should deliver services to the highest possible standards of care to Patients
Should provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff within the practice.
Should attend weekly and monthly meets with the management to Improve and monitor the newly implemented systems
Should maintain and implement Clinic policies and protocols;
Should be a team leader in guiding team to perform well
Should be seen updated with scope of dentistry
Should handle team and perform daily tasks to meet company's standards
