Job Description:
Identifying Generating Prospects of New clients Marketing the Services for the company.
Developing Strong Client relationship and New Business Development Ensuring Client Satisfaction and Retention.
Generating new accounts - Lead generation through cold calling, linkedin and other strategies.
Fixing appointments, meeting corporate clients, explaining about the company profile and closing the deal by getting them onboard
Experience and Qualifications:
Candidate Must:
Experience in sales and marketing for recruitment Industry.
Should Familiar with complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
Strong communication skills
Qaulification :
Graduate /Diploma In HR / MBA will be added advantage
