Responsible for managing financial accounts for companies/individuals.
Manage the overall Accounting, Finance and tax requirements of Domestic clients independently and also work on various statutory requirements of various HNI clients 4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing all Accounting and Tax requirements of various clients Independently managing the client requirements as per client requirements which would be varied Preparation of timely monthly financial statements Generation of MIS Reports as per schedule. Strong time management skills would be needed from the candidate for this profile. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and also working on it on a timely basis Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Active involvement in monthly, quarterly and yearly end closing process Perfect knowledge of GST and Direct taxes is a must Policies and procedures which is being to be framed jointly with the top management are implemented in its entirety Excellent accounting software user (special Microsoft Excel and Word) and management skills 5. KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL) INTERNAL Weekly Reports to various clients on an efficient basis Providing inputs to the Partners on a regular basis about various clients Monthly reports to be sent to the Partners on various requirements Page 2 EXTERNAL Client relationship to be managed in its entirety to perfection 6. CONTRIBUTES TO Overall efficiency and effectiveness in managing various clients at its entirety 7. AUTHORITIES The Job holder will have:- To manage independently various clients with regards to their audit, statutory and internal functions Introduce standardised systems and implement them for the client as and when needed & work with the other team members to perfection 8. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Qualified CA with 4 – 6 years’ post qualification experience Candidate have this experience preferably in an industry Should have currently a team reporting to him/her Excellent man management, communication with good presentation skills
