Job Responsibilities
Assigning ICD and CPT codes based on the medical records provided following ICD
and federal/payer guidelines and client requirements.
Accurately assign ICD and /or CPT code(s) and sequence diagnosis and procedures
per patient medical record.
Coding and auditing files when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience in ENM / E/M coding (1-6 years)
Must be CPC/CCS/COC and ICD-10-CM certified
Any Life science graduate (BPT/MPT, B Pharm/ M Pharm, B.Sc./ M.Sc.Nursing/
Nutrition/ Zoology/Biology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics)
