Job description

  1. Head Customer Service Contact Center for Apollo Tyres
  2. Will directly work with Apollo Customer Service Head and his direct repartees
  3. The contact centre has a current strength of 35 people, expected to grow to 60 in a year’s time
  4. The contact centre has the following charter :
    1. Resolve customer complaints about tyres
    2. Answer customer price queries,  dealership requests, location of Apollo dealer  etc,
    3. Conduct customer survey about apollo tyres/competitors and related service feedback e.g. alignment, wheel balancing
    4. Provide help to Apollo dealers, service centres, fitters etc regarding marketing material, uniforms, tools, machinery etc
    5. Gather product feedback, analyze complaint pattern, and provide inputs to Apollo for product improvement, field services and increasing sales
    6. Use analytics  for producing actionable insights from data generated in the contact centre
