Responsibilities
Managing the campus recruitment in terms of selection of colleges And building relationships with them to capturing the data of interested students getting the slots from campuses
Managing the database and reports as well managing interview process for campus hiring process
Resolving the queries of students while they are in process of appearing for campus including queries related to assessments and interviews
Managing the list of shortlisted candidates working closely with the on boarding teams to generate their offer letter
The Role involves travelling across the country to source best talent for the company across the levels
Requirements
Should have up to 3 to 5 years of experience in Campus Recruitment
Should have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and confidently communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders like Deans Office Placements offices of colleges
Should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously
Should have experience of managing multiple stakeholders and work in a fast paced environment
