Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 0 – 4 years

Salary: 1.5-2.5 lacs Per annum

Job Description

We are looking for customer calling expert to provide excellent customer service call support. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention via escalation handling.

Responsibilities

  • Actively solve customer concerns via call support and handle customer escalations
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customer issues and provide reasonable resolutions
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm to grow and work in a challenging environment
  • Working experience in customer relationship, sales, marketing and other related roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Customer service orientation
