Job Responsibilities :
1. Handling the customer's online inquires received through shopping mall and co-ordinate as per requirement.
2. Handling the business inquiries received through website and coordinate with logistic team regarding the dispatch of the products
3. Vendor procurement and tie-up for selling the products on our shopping mall through telephonic discussion, posting and manage the inventory on our website. Analyse he stock availability and maintain the inventory with the coordination with vendor and logistics team
4. Manage the products availability on website to increase he sales if products, competitors website analysis and plan accordingly.
