We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to increase company's growth.
Job Description:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb presentation and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales/marketing role is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding targets and goals given by line manager.
- Approaching and giving presentations to a range of prospective clients about the cause and motivate them to support.
- Understanding and promoting organizations campaigns.
- Maintaining good and healthy relationship with clients.
- An ability to take up challenges and create a strong leadership where he/she plays an
important role in training new team-mates.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales. (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
