Job description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be exploring new prospects and pursing business goals by working closely with the marketing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new business opportunities
  • Identifying and building target account database from business directories, social network sites and etc.
  • Pursuing the leads generated by marketing/internal team and qualifying
  • Connecting with Chairman/VP/director level contacts across various organisations/ departments through emails/calls
  • Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-up
  • Keep prospects engaged through the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-up
  • Update and maintain prospect base by recording all the activities in CRM
  • Meet and exceed quarterly/yearly targets
  • Working closely with marketing team, planning and executing campaigns for given accounts/verticals
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and stick to deadlines
  • Ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication and IT skills; strong problem-solving and creative skills; team working and leadership skills; attention to detail
