Job description

To onboard small and medium enterprises for Imports, commercial and personal remittances
To onboard tour and travel agents; education, employment, corporates, and immigration consultants and provide them with a referral or white-labeled solution for online remittances, forex cards, forex cash, SIM cards, etc.
To build strategies and processes for product delivery and high customer satisfaction

Specific Duties:

Skill Sets Required:

Must have relevant experience of dealing with MSMEs and other clients for foreign outward remittances towards imports, trade and other commercial or personal remittances
Must be very persuasive, personable, have excellent relationship management abilities and a proven track record of acquiring clients
Should ideally be familiar with workings of importers, exporters, MSMEs, travel agents and tour operators, education and other referral consultants
Must have or quickly attain an extremely good knowledge of all regulations/laws concerning all activities incl licensing rules, fx entitlements
Must have good grasp of technology-enabled products and ability to effectively pitch tech USPs
Must have an excellent understanding of fx rates and should be able to position our rates in manner that should make BookMyForex most competitive in the marketplace
Must be seen as very fair though tough taskmaster
Extremely good verbal communication in English, Hindi and local language(s)
Must be a fast learner and should have excellent knowledge of company’s products and services apart from industry information
Professional approach to problem-solving
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under challenging situations

- Can also prefer companies like- BFC, FCM, Orient, Essel, Wall Street, Ebix, Thomas Cook

- MBA is preferred
