Experience: 2-4 Years ( Sales-Real Estate Industry – preferably Warehouse LeasinCoordination with Top Management & Team
Can have warehouse leasing or logistic/3pl companies experience
Maintain good relations with Logistic Companies, 3PL, E – Commerce, FMCG, AutoMobile Sector etc….
Can do site visit with client,
Generating new leads through Tele calling, visits & field
Basic computer and communication skills required
Should have field knowledge
Should do survey whenever and wherever required
Should have warehouse inventories data
Client follow up
Should provide weekly monthly reports on xls. sheet
Strong sales acumen with good sense of humour and adaptation to organization culture
Pleasing Personality and able to handle sales pressure within defined guidelines
Developing sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment
